Our Founder

Tern & Anchor, LLC was founded by a Navy veteran who spent over two decades in service, followed by a career as a trusted Human Resources professional with a Master’s in Human Resources/Organizational Development. An advocate for veterans in both the job market and personal growth, our founder understands firsthand the challenges veterans face as they transition to civilian life and how organizations can unlock the potential of veteran employees.
